Delivery times vary based on location. UK orders typically arrive within 5 business days; international orders may take longer.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
Please be aware that shipping items internationally may incur additional customs charges which are dictated by country. We are not responsible for these charges and these will need to be paid by the customer where necessary.
We currently offer shipping to UK, U.S & Australia. Due to recent shipping restrictions to the EU, we currently cannot ship here, but hope to offer this soon.

As we sell preloved items, we encourage mindful shopping, but if there is an issue, our return policy is as follows:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be in their original condition with tags.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days upon receiving the returned item.
Items marked Final Sale are non-returnable.
